Program Officials
Gina McDonald, NCAC II
Executive Director
McDonald is a nationally certified addiction counselor with over 30 years of experience in the addiction counseling profession. She is a qualified substance abuse professional, recognized by the Department of Transportation (DOT) as well as a certified clinical evaluator (#1551) listed on the State of Georgia Department of Human Resources (DHR) providers registry. Gina was the 2001 Volunteer of the Year award recipient from the United Way of Northeast Georgia.
Bob Davis, CACII, CCS, MA
Clinical Director
Bob has provided clinical care for the outpatient treatment and family program since 2006. He has 36 years experience as a counselor and program director in Adult and Adolescent Treatment. Bob has extensive experience as a trainer; he has trained hundreds of counselors over the Southeast at various schools of addiction in basic and advanced group skills. He also serves as teh facilitator for anger management courses at Project ADAM.
Don Bailey, ICADC, CADA-II, CAMS
Counselor
Don has served as a counselor at Project ADAM since 1996. He is a certified Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT), a certified facilitator of the MRT curriculum, and a DHR clinical evaluator provider (provider no. 2309). Johnny Williams, Licensed Ordained Minister
Counselor
Johnny has served as a counselor at Project ADAM since 1997. He facilitates the drug testing program and is certified as the program's ServeSafe food manager. Johnny is also a certified Anger Management Specialist. In addition, he is the pastor of Hope Fellowship Church in Winder, GA, and has been in the ministry for over twenty years.
Mike McDonald, BS, CAC II, NCAC II, CAMS
Counselor & Case Manager
Mike has served as a program counselor and case manager since 2001. He provides clinical care for the program's adolescents and adults and is a certified facilitator of the MRT curriculum. He is also a certified anger management facilitator, a Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT), and a DHR clinical evaluator provider (provider no. 2311). In addition he is a certified CPR and AED instructor for the American Red Cross. You can email Mike at mikemprojectadam@aol.com. Mike also played foodball in the southeastern conference for four years, lettering and named team captain at Mississippi State University.
Support Staff
Ray LaPier, Risk Reduction/Defensive Driving Instructor
Ray has been the program's certified DUI Instructor and Defensive Driving instructor since 2000.
Rebecca Williams, Risk Reduction/Defensive Driving Instructor
Rebecca has taught for Project ADAM's Risk Reduction program since 2002.
Keith F. Cavegn, VA Benefits Coordinator & Volunteer Coordinator
Keith served in the military, spending 1968 - 1971 in active duty with part of that time serving in Vietnam. He spent the majority of his career as a federal employee before retiring and coming to work with Project ADAM. You can reach Keith at KFC1968RR@yahoo.com.
John Harris, Support Staff
John serves as the resident supervisor for Project ADAM.
Franchi Clark
Franchi is currently in school at Devry University to obtain a B.S. in Business Administration/Health Services Management.
Jason Morris
Jason serves as a client supervisor for Project ADAM.
David Brown
David serves as a client supervisor for Project ADAM.
