MRT (Behavior Modification)

In our treatment programs, Project ADAM utilizes Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) curriculum, an open-ended cognitive-behavioral treatment program that addresses substance abuse.  The goal of MRT is to help participants become more conscious of their decision making process and improve the decisions they make.  Overall, it helps participants behave more appropriately and gain a greater sense of their social responsibility.  With their newly gained skills, participants experienced higher self-esteem and a greater sense of purpose for their lives.  This training is incorporated into both adolescent and adult treatment programs.
