Life Skills Training
Project ADAM provides a Life Skills Training course to equip participants with the abilities to be successful in the workforce and in their personal lives. Life Skills Training helps individuals learn how to cope with their emotional issues, while providing useful training to help them in their day-to-day lives. Most people have the physical skills needed to succeed, but many lack the emotional or cognitive skills. Through Life Skills Training, participants self esteem can increase, allowing their emotional IQ and willingness to make life changes also to increase. Life is what you make of it, and Life Skills Training helps participants learn to make the most of their lives.
